These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of intimacyawaken.com (the "Site") and the digital products, coaching services, and experiences offered by Intimacy Awakening Coaching LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or purchasing our products or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

We offer coaching programs, digital guides and toolkits, coaching gift certificates, and speaking services. Descriptions of products and programs are provided on the Site. Coaching is not therapy, medical advice, or a substitute for professional mental health care; see Section 11.

2. Accounts and Purchases

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase.
You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information.
All prices are shown in US dollars. Installment plans, where offered, are billed according to the schedule shown at checkout.
Digital products are delivered via email or download access after successful payment.

3. Refund Policy

No Refund Policy. Due to the proprietary nature of the coaching frameworks, digital portal access, and the immediate commitment of time and energy by the Coach, all sales are final and non-refundable.

This policy applies to all coaching programs, digital products, and services offered through the Site.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, videos, worksheets, guides, and course materials — is owned by or licensed to Intimacy Awakening Coaching LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission. Purchasing a product grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use it for yourself or, where the product is expressly designed for couples, for you and your partner.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
Scrape, harvest, or mass-download content
Share your access to paid products with people who have not purchased them
Impersonate us or misrepresent your affiliation with us

6. Coaching Relationship

Coaching services are delivered by Olajumoke Janet Adetunji. Participation requires mutual commitment: results depend on your engagement and circumstances, and we make no guarantee of specific outcomes.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a coaching session.
When sufficient notice is provided, the client may reschedule the session without forfeiting it.
Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of the session.

8. No-Shows

If a client is more than 10 minutes late to a scheduled session without communication, the appointment is considered a no-show.
The session is forfeited without a refund or makeup opportunity.

9. Coach Termination

The Coach may terminate the coaching agreement if the client fails to fulfill their contractual obligations, including payment of fees, adherence to the agreement's terms and conditions, or participation in the agreed coaching plan.

10. Client Termination

If a client voluntarily terminates the coaching relationship or abandons the program before completing the purchased package, the client remains responsible for the full outstanding contractual balance. No prorated refunds will be issued for unused sessions.

11. No Professional Advice

Our content and coaching are educational and supportive in nature. They do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Always seek qualified professional advice for those matters. If you are experiencing abuse, crisis, or thoughts of self-harm, please contact emergency services or a licensed crisis professional.

12. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites (such as our podcast, social media, or booking tools). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the Site or our products is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
